Calling all Carnivores!

OK - it's official - we have a date! The meat canning class will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 7pm at Melody Rasmussen's home. If you have considered bottlling meat to add to your food storage, or to simplify your cooking, this is the class for you!

PLEASE RSVP to Karen Mott (801.572.4541) for this class - if we get a large gathering we may be changing the location :)

(this will be a demonstration only class, you won't actuallly be doing your own bottling there)
